Privacy Policy

Effective date: 26 October 2026 · Last updated: 26 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how APC Analytics, an internal application operated for APC-Files, accesses, uses, stores and protects information obtained through Google APIs.

1. Application purpose

APC Analytics helps authorized APC-Files personnel review the performance of APC-Files content and advertising. It is not offered as a public consumer service.

2. Google data we access

After an authorized user grants permission through Google OAuth, APC Analytics may access:

APC Analytics does not request the user's Google password and does not publish, edit or delete YouTube content through the currently requested YouTube permissions.

3. How Google data is used

Google data is used only to create internal reports, compare content and campaign performance, identify trends, and support decisions about APC-Files productions and promotion.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for unrelated advertising, build advertising profiles for third parties, or disclose it to data brokers.

4. Storage and security

Authentication credentials and any retained reporting data are restricted to authorized APC-Files personnel and systems. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or loss. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not share Google user data with independent third parties for their own purposes. Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers only as needed to operate, secure and maintain APC Analytics, subject to applicable confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, security and integrity.

6. Retention and deletion

OAuth credentials and retained Google-derived data are kept only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, while access remains authorized, or as required by law. An authorized user may request deletion by emailing helloapcfiles@gmail.com. We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless retention is legally required.

7. Your choices

You may revoke APC Analytics access at any time from the security or third-party access settings of your Google Account. Revocation prevents future API access but may not automatically delete information previously retained; contact us to request deletion.

8. Google API Services User Data Policy

APC Analytics' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

9. International processing

Information may be processed in countries other than the user's country through the infrastructure providers used to operate APC Analytics. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such processing.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the application, legal requirements or data practices. The current version and its effective date will always be published on this page.

11. Contact

Questions, access requests or deletion requests may be sent to helloapcfiles@gmail.com.
